We just completed the Strapping course with Brent Meier of SomaTraining LA in October of 2019.

Very frequently, to assist in the ability of movement or strength performance, the therapist must apply a therapeutic tape job for a ligament, tendon, muscle or a specific articulation. Specific conditions that we can support through strapping include medial and lateral epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow, tennis elbow), etc.

We recently completed the Myofascial Stretching course with Brent Meier and Bryce Turner of SomaTraining LA. We are already incorporating a lot of the stretches in our practice to teach patients stretches they can do at home. Class consisted of an in-depth review of fascial anatomy and biomechanics. One area we covered was the iliopsoas group.
